Meridian Blue p/b 99 Bikes announces a season changing “in” securing the signature of 2025 journey-woman Keely Bennett for the remained of PSL25.
Off the back of a career defining NRS season win in 2024 Keely set about refocusing her efforts this year on university, enjoying riding and meaningful sporting relationships. The 2025 summer has seen Keely maintain the form that gave her the win at Tour of Gippsland, by being almost unbeatable around the crit circuit riding for Duda Cycling Team. Add that to the Australian Madison Championship (with Keira Will) and a ‘win’ for fourth in the chase group sprint at the Lochard Energy Warnambool Classic Keely is one of the biggest threats in the domestic race scene.
She has not had it all her own way, however, as a frustrating mechanical at Aussie Nationals cruelles her chances of taking the grey and red Duda jersey onto the National Podium on a course that really suited her on paper.
Round 3 of ProVelo Super League will be a new start as Keely joins her previous DS Taryn Heather (they worked together at KOS racing in ‘21/‘22) at a Meridian Blue squad that has been underpowered so far due to injury and National duties.
We are super excited to welcome Keely into the race team and thank her Duda family for supporting her ambition on the National stage for PSl rounds 3-6. The level of interest in this squad is now reaching fever pitch as MBC is poised to challenge with three national champions, and two NRS winners lining up in Devonport this week.
