What it takes to get to the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift

Meridian Bikebug are excited to launch “Developing Talent” a seven-part series taking you inside the team and showing what it takes to develop athletes, build a high performance environment and create a genuine pathway towards the Tour de France Femmes.

This is about more than just results, it is about the people behind the performances, the decisions, along the way away from the spotlight, and the environments that allow athletes and teams grow over time.

With host Kate Perry we’ll dig down in to these processes through the eyes of management, athletes, support staff, coaches and seasoned professionals.

Women’s sport is rapidly changing with legitimate professional pathways now open in cycling, this series is a snap shot into the real life challenges and opportunities.

We’re often reminded that in a race only 1 rider (out of 150) wins, so enjoying cycling is much more than the podium finishes. Watch the remarkable challenges these young athletes face into and enjoy their development in Developing Talent.
